Mrs. Carter is ordering pizza for her math class. She will need to pay a $15 delivery fee and then $7 for each pizza she orders. Write an expression to show how much Mrs. Carter will need to pay if she orders ? pizzas.

7p+15 because if it cost 15 $ than add 7 $ for each pizza shw orders

A) 7p+15

Explanation:

To first start things off, we know she automatically has a fee of 15 dollars. No matter what, she must pay the 15 dollars!

Using this information, we know that so far we have: 15+

We also know that it costs 7 dollars for one pizza. If Mrs. Carter decides to buy more then just one pizza then how will we express it? We can express by writing 7x. The reason we have a x with the 7 is because x is the total amount of pizzas.\

Now we combine what we have.

15+7x= the total amount of dollars for x pizzas bought!
