Answer:

so for one, just put a line horizontal to line 1

part two I'm assuming you do the same as p since it's not asking you to make it perpendicular to line 1.

part three, create going through line 1 (vertical)

part four constructs the same triangle, but just move the points a little so that way it's not overlapping.

Explanation:

parallel means not touching

perpendicular means crossing each other paths.
