The answer is 4. Because 1 is going to be substituted into all the x’s in the equation making it -2(1)^2 +2(1) +4. This equals four all together.

Answer:

Explanation:

first substitute 1 on the x on the function

which is -2(1)²+ 2(1) + 4

then next simplify to -2 + 2 + 4

when you add the answer is 4
