Maggie plans to sell the bracelets she makes for a price of $5.50 each. For every bracelet she makes, she has costs of $0.05 for each of the 21 beads used, $0.74 for each of the two charms used, and $1.09 for the chain with clasp used. Which of these would result in Maggie NOT earning a profit on the sale of a bracelet?

Price of each bracelets , P = $5.50 .

Cost price = $0.05 for each of the 21 beads used + $0.74 for each of the two charms used + $1.09 for the chain with clasp used.

Cost price = $( 0.05×21 + 0.74×2 + 1.09 )

Cost price = $3.62 .

Now, profit is given by :

Profit = Selling price - Cost price

Profit = $(5.50 - 3.62)

Profit = $1.88

Therefore, she will not bear any loss.
