1/7^32

Explanation:

when multiplying two bases with different exponents, you keep the base and add the exponents, making the first step of this (7^5)(7^3)=7^8

but when you multiply a base and exponent by just an exponent, you keep the base and multiply the exponents, making the second step 7^8(^-4)=7^-32

you cannot have a negative exponent, and would therefore turn it into a fraction with the base and exponent at the bottom, making your final answer 1/7^32
