Answer:

Y= x-3

Explanation:

The distance from our y values is -1.

The distance from our x values is -1.

Rise/ Run = Y/X

-1/-1 = 1 or 1/1

You would rise 1 and run 1!

You can use this strategy if you're using graph paper to eventually get the y intercept which is -3.
