Answer: 1.99

Step-by-step explanation: It's about time I tell you how this works. So here it says price PER apple. So PER means we divide 7.96/4 to get 1.99. Now you may be like, How do I know that I do 7.96/4? Why not 4/7.96? Well it says PRICE per APPLE. Price being first so we do 7.96 which is the price, divided by 4 which is the apples. Then we just repeat this process if you want to check your work. So 9.95/5, and 11.94/6
