Two months ago I made a purchase at your store that made me very happy. At the time I bought a cooler for desserts. I chose to buy at your store because of the confidence that I have your work and the work of all salespeople and employees who have always worked so that I had a good experience, that's why I write this letter.
I realized that my cooler does not work properly and as I know of its commitment to the customer I would like to ask if there is a possibility that my product can be repaired and, if necessary, replaced by a cooler that is fully functioning.
