The given data can be written in the form of an AP, where n is the number of songs Hailey downloads

song_bill(n) = 14 + n(1.50)

Money Hailey has to pay after downloading 40 songs:

n = 40

song_bill(40) = 14 + 40(1.5)

song_bill(40) = 14 + 60

song_bill(40) = 74 dollars

Money Hailey has to pay after downloading ss songs:

n = ss

song_bill(ss) = 14 + ss(1.5)

song_bill(ss) = 14 + 1.5(ss) dollars
