My exhibit would have Weapons and hairpins. It would be called Life as Queen Fu Hao. I choose weapons because it shows she was a warrior and not always dressing up, applying jewelry and makeup, doing their hair, and such of that sort. She has a boy-ish side to her as she knew women can do anything men can do. I choose Hairpins because it shows she isn't just a tom-boy all the time and only fights wars. It shows she liked to dress up and do her hair and look presentible.

I have chosen to name my museum exhibit What a Tomb Can Tell Us. I selected this title because it gets across the idea that a tomb from the Shang dynasty provides valuable information about the past.

The first item I would include in my exhibit is a jade object. I chose this item because it shows the Shang people’s skill at creating intricate jade artitfacts.

The second item I’d like to include would be the bronze mirrors in her tomb. I chose this item to show that the Shang people believed in the concept of an afterlife. They filled the tombs of important people with their possessions. Also, the fact that the mirrors were made of bronze shows that the metal was a status symbol and was used only for tombs of powerful people.
