Who has really bad anxiety and what do u do to help calm it?

I have ptsd so anxiety is 24/7, I typically use medical marijuana but there’s other ways such as walking, listening to music, breathing exercises, working out, hanging out with friends, drawing, dipping your face in cold water, focusing on something else, scrolling through social media, many things help
