Braille can work but it needs a lot of work and a reader just needs someone who can read well and are sympathetic to these people. Also if it is blurry but not completely blind sometimes just making the text bigger can help

Braille was created by Louis Braille as a way for people with visual impairment to be able to read, with an arrangement of studs signifying certain letters, and grouping them together you can form words and sentences. This is the main way for people with visual impairment to be educated.

Another way is through audio. It is scientifically proven that those who are born with dysfunctional sense typically seem to gain sharper senses in other working ones. With the survival of the fittest, the other senses step in to try to make up for the lack of sense, and would work much more better than the average person.
