Why do you think the people who wrote the Constitution create different

branches of government, the executive, legislative, and judicial branch?

because first to ensure a separation, they thought if they divide it, they can ensure the government is effective and the citizen right are protected and they don't want to give all over the power to one they want to give different responsibility and help each other.
