I’m pretty sure the answer would be A,because if her bill is $97 and it’s $0.10 every txt she sends then and she wants to spend less then $113 then if you take $113 and subtract it by 97 it gives you 16 then if you divided 16/ 0.10 then it gives you 160 so she is sending atleast 160 txt.
