Answer: 29x+6
1) regroup terms
3(7x+2)+8x
2) expand by distributing terms
21x+6+8x
3) collect like terms
(21x+8x)+6
4) simplify
29x+6

Get rid of brackets:
21x +6 +8x
Put 6 to the other side:
21x +8x = -6
27x = -6
Divide both sides by 27
X= -0.22
