A literary form that developed during the Enlightenment was the invention of novel .
They kept absolute ruling and power of authority to themselves. All power comes from the people .
1700 was discovered by Immanuel Kant. Enlightened despots were monarchs who distinguished themselves from the spots by the way they governed.
Their main intension was to rule for the well-being of their people. The government priorities was on matters such as public importance which include healthcare , education , nonviolent population control.
