Question

If you take an island and 2 different civilizations, then put up a wall halfway through the island and place 1 civilization on one side and the other civilization on the other side, would that make the island 2 peninsulas, or is it still an island? ( see picture for better explanation )

It will still be an Island because the land has not changed, there is just a wall.
