Answer:

no the sign should say 12 percent of people voted darnells

Explanation:

because if the population is 10 thousand and you take 25 percent that will put the total amount of people who can vote at 7500 and then take 20 percwnt of that and it will put you at 1500 people who can vote and then if you take 80 percent of 1500 people who can vote than only 1200 of them voted for Darnell which would make it only 12 percent of people voted for darnells
