Writr a letter to your friend in English on how you spent your weekend​

Dear Friend,

I spent my weekend doing chores and catching up on homework. Most of the hours doing chores were miserable, due to my brother annoying me every 5 seconds. The most exciting thing that happened was that I got ice cream on Sunday. It was my dad's idea to get ice cream this time, he seemed to enjoy his weekend since it was his week off from work. While, I doing my science project I noticed there was something on the wall, small and brown. Once I realized what it was I jumped in fear! It was a small cockroach, and I hated cockroaches! I did the mature thing and yelled for my mother...she killed the bug... Luckily this weekend was "okay," How was your weekend?

Dear Friend,

I spent my weekend cleaning and getting things done, like laundry, that I didn't find the time on the weekdays to do. I was cleaning the kitchen until I realized I was bleeding. I was wondering why am I bleeding what happened until I realized there was broken glass on the counter. Thank goodness I realized the glass was there or someone else could've got hurt!
