It’s a simple formula
Q = m*c*Δt
M being mass
C being specific heat
Δt being change in temperature
Q = (1.4kg)(4,200J/kg*C)(25C)
Kilograms and Celsius cancels and you get 147,000 Jules aka 1.47 x 10^5 J
