is it all right to tell a "white lie" or two in a biography or autobiography in order to protect someone's reputation or to make a story more inspiring?

Answer:

Here you go, hope this helps

Step-by-step explanation:

A white lie is a harmless or trivial lie, especially one told to avoid hurting someone's feelings.

A biography is an account of someone's life written by someone else.

A autobiography is an account of a person's life written by that person:

In my opinion if it is necessary for a white lie to surface then yes it would be ok because in the end its not an entire lie that is fully made up and not true for one second. I don't know thats my opinion.
