The industrialization has degraded our environment. We people are so much depended upon the industrial goods that we cannot imagine our life without them but it is possible. People in the past were self-sufficient, they created their own day to day useable commodities from nature. Image your life without industrial goods and write what you would use instead of industrial goods (toothpaste, shampoo, brush, bread, noodles, etc.) to sustain your living.

Answer:

I would use natural products from my surrounding to try to sustain my way of life.

Step-by-step explanation:

In order to be self-sustaining, I would plant a garden and keep some animals like chickens in order to provide my family with food. I would also learn to make hygiene products like shampoo and soap from plant and animal materials that are available to me. In the pandemic context, it would be important to learn to make facemasks and I would have to gain access to cloth somehow, perhaps from wool or cotton if that can be found or traded for with others. Although I think not using industrial products will also come at a cost in terms of our lifespan because the medical field relies on technology and supplies in order to treat us and extend our lives over the life expectancy of our ancestors.
