If 200 is four qoaters, then 1 quater is 200/4 is 50. so 50 ice creams is strawberry. One quater in procantage is 25%.

after that you count how many ice crams are vanilia

`(42)/(200)` after you divide it you get 0.21 which is 21%

After you just deduct 25+21 from 100

you get

100-46=54

the answer is 54%
