PROBABILITY!! PLS HELP!!

A) make a chart or other diagram to show all of the outcomes
B) Are the outcomes equally likely, if not, which ones are most likely and which ones are lest likely?

the outcomes are equally likely. in the first image, 1 2 3 and 4 all have a 25% chance of happening- while in the second image, both 1 and 2 have a 50% chance of happening
