You first subtract 3/4x from both sides of the equation and that will leave you 7/4x - 7 = 14. Next, you add 7 to both sides and that will leave you with 7/4x = 21. Lastly, you multiply the reciprocal of 7/4 (which is 4/7) to both sides which will give you x = 21 * 4/7 which is x = 12. And x = 12 is your answer!! Hope I answered this ok; it’s my first question that I have answered. I have my work pictured below so you also have a visual of what I did.
