Answer: -6

Explanation:

y=-3 so y+1 could be replaced by -3+1 which is -2 leaving your equation looking like this 2x-7(-2) next you want to multiply -7 and -2 to get -14. So now you have 2x-14, well x is four and 4x2 is 8 so your equation is now 8-14, which leaves you with -6. Hope this helps and have a good day!
