Will = £48

Olly = £32

Explanation:

Let the shares of Will and Olly be 3x and 2x

$3x + 2x = 80 \\ 5x = 80 \\ x = (80)/(5) \\ x = 16 \\ 3x = 3 * 16 = 48 \\ 2x = 2 * 16 = 32$
