Since America was a brand new country the founding fathers found it hard to make the constitution since they didn’t want to be like European countries they wanted more freedom to their citizens and the majority had to agree on certain things

Writing the Consitution was one of the hardest things to do. some of them disagreed on things like slavery and ways to equalize the power. Another big thing was maintaining the level of power throughout the government along with trying to make the states happy.
