m= -5-1/-3-3= -4/-6= 2/3

-5=2/3(-3)+b
-5=-2+b
-3=b

y=2/3x-3

Answer:

y = 2x + 1

Explanation:

Slope formula is y2-y1/x2-x1

-5-3/-3-1

-8/-4

2

Thus, the slope is 2 (m = 2)

Find the y intercept.

y = 2x + b

3 = 2(1) + b

3 = 2 + b

1 = b

y = 2x + 1

Best of Luck!
