How do I find the y intercept and the slope

Answer: To find the Y-intersect, you just look to where the line first hits the y-axis (the one going up and down). If you want it find the slope, find two points on the graph where the line intersects completely on those points, so it hits the point perfectly. Then, you will do the change in y/the change in x, so if your two points were 15/3 and 20/4, you would subtract the xs and the ys, to get 5/1, which would be your slope. Hope this helps!

with 2 pts: y2-y1/x2-x1
slope intercept form: y:mx+b
use the formula and plug in the points for x and y
the y intercept is where the a point is on the y intercept
