In the following equation, c and d are both integers. What is the value of d?

4cx –5c = -12x + d

Very Simple. You just have to be a little bit more open minded :)
4cx - 5c= -12x +d
From the above 4cx = -12x and -5c = d
From first equation ---> c = -3
.......
From second equation ---> -5c = d (-5)(-3) = d = 15
