Equation of line D : y = -1/5x + 7

Explanation:

A linear function follows the formula: y = mx +c, where m is the slope (gradient) and c is the constant, also known as the y-intercept.

To find the slope, you put two points into the gradient formula. (rise over run)

And since the line is going from top left to bottom right, the gradient is negative.

After finding the gradient which is -1/5, you find the y-intercept and that is when the line cuts the y-axis. And Line D cuts the y-axis at (0,7)

Hence, y = -1/5x + 7
