First subtract 7x from both sides of the inequality

That's


- 8x - 7x - 10 > 7x - 7x + 20 \\ - 15x - 10 > 20

Add 10 to both sides of the inequality

Divide both sides by - 15


( - 15x)/( - 15) > - (30)/(15)
