Answer:

eveyyear they do this thing where kids go and kill eachother for entertainment for adults. katniss and peeta are from the same district and they fake their love for eachother so they get more gifts from the public in the end they have actual feelings for eachother and when they were the last two alive they couldnt bring themselves to kill eachother so they were gonna use poisonous berries to kill themselves but the leaders who run the Hunger games stopped them before they did because now they were gonna punish them for being deceitful because everyone besides one person is supposed to die

Answer: The Hunger Games is that an individual has the ability to overcome the power of the tyrannical government.

Explanation: The main themes in The Hunger Games are friendship, family, freedom versus oppression, and materialism. Friendship and family: Friendship and familial bonds are figured as a form of resistance, and Katniss' friendships with Gale, Peeta, Cinna, Haymitch, and Rue help her survive the Hunger Games.
