where

(x1 , y1) and (x2 , y2) are the points

From the question the points are (-11, -19) & (-11, -10)

The slope is


m = ( - 10 - - 19)/( - 11 - - 11) = ( - 10 + 19)/( - 11 + 11) = - (9)/(0) \\

Any number divided by zero is undefined so the slope of the line here is undefined.
