What is an example of the strong nuclear force

100 times stronger than electromagnetic force. And 10,000 times stronger than the weak force. With radioactive decay, it's a hundred millionss times stronger than gravity.

For example a Helium-4 nucleus has two protons and two neutrons. The mass of the Helium-4 nucleus is less that the masses of two free protons and two free neutrons.
