I'm a little rusty on this subject so if this answer is wrong then please forgive me if I'm wrong.
it would probably be answer 1, the one at the top.

Explanation:

So, if you gather -1/2 and then flip which makes -2/1 to cancel it out, then you do the same with -16, and then put -16/1(-2/1) then multiply -16 and -2, which will give you 32. Because the equation is now p<32, it would be an open circle going to 32 or higher. Hope this helps, and if sorry if this is wrong, It's been a while since I've revisited this subject!
