Length: 18 yards Width: 12 yards

Explanation:

Perimeter = (L+W) x 2

L = W + 6

60 yd = (W+W+6) x 2

30 yd = 2W + 6

24 yd = 2W

W = 12

L = 12 + 6 = 18
