Answer:

x = -5

Explanation:

-2x = 13-3

-2x = 10

x/-2 = 10/-2

x = -5

Hi!

Your answer should be: -2x= 10

Reason being: -2+3= 0

So this must mean: x=10

Because 10+3=13
