HELP ME PLEASE

1. If you are a bystander, should you be charged with committing a crime if you did nothing to help? Why?

2. If someone tries to be a Good Samaritan but actually makes the situation worse, should they be charged with a crime? Why?

Answer:

Well honestly it depends on the situation.

Step-by-step explanation:

You shouldn't be charged with committing a crime if you are just standing there cause you could make it worse, and could be tried for obstruction.

2. No they shouldn't be charged cause they had good intentions. But that's for a jury to decide and the evidence.
