Yes we are able to feed everyone on the planet, Farmers produce enough food to feed 1.5x the global population and that can feed at least 10 billion people (there are around 7.6 million people on earth) Even though we have enough food to feed everyone, world hunger still exists.
B, With modern technology know-how, will the world succeed in feeding it's growing population in the future? Possibly, With the population growing the technology would have to produce more and more food in order to feed the growing population.
