and an hourly fee for the length of your rental. Renting
the bouncy house for 5 hours costs a total of $235.
Renting the bouncy house for 12 hours costs a total of
$501.
Find the one-time set up fee cost. NOTE: Your answer
should be an integer.

Given:

Cost for 5 hours = $235

Cost for 12 hours = $501

Find:

One-time set up fee cost

Computation:

One-time set up fee cost = x

Hourly cost = y

So,

For 5 hour

x + 5y = 235 ......eq1

For 12 hour

x + 12y = 501 ......eq2

From eq 1 and eq 2

x = 45

So,

One-time set up fee cost = $45
