Answer:No.1:Anyone that wore glasses, intelligent people, people who were previously teachers, doctors, lawyers, students, basically anyone who was smart to speak out against the Khmer Rouge regime. No.2:agrarian utopia. Basically in simple terms “Everyone become farmers”

The Cambodian genocide was the systematic persecution and killing of Cambodians by the Khmer Rouge under the leadership of Communist Party of Kampuchea general secretary Pol Pot

What was Pol Pot's vision for Cambodia?

As the new ruler of Cambodia, Pol Pot set about transforming the country into his vision of an agrarian utopia. The cities were evacuated, factories and schools were closed, and currency and private property was abolished.
