Counterclockwise means anti clockwise.

Now, when rotated by 90° about the origin, the point N will be in the second quadrant starting clockwise from the 0 - 90° quadrant

When it's rotated counterclockwise by another 90°, it will be at the first quadrant starting clockwise from the 0 - 90° quadrant

When it's rotated another 90°, it will be located in the 4th quadrant starting clockwise from the 0 - 90° quadrant.

Thus, after 270° N will be in the 4th quadrant starting clockwise from the 0 - 90° quadrant.

Therefore, the coordinates of N at that point will be;

On x - axis: -4 units

On y - axis: 1 unit

Thus coordinates are;
