1st question: In some cases it might be because one person could have stolen something from you and you went to steal it back or stealing like Robin Hood did. I don’t have one for the next

for stealing it might be acceptable if its like a robbin hood kinda motive steal from the rich and give to the poor or if its someone stealing a slice of bread to keep his family from dying of starvation
