Answer:a²-ab

since the negative symbol is on the outside of the parenthesis all values inside the parenthesis get reversed. so:

Answer:

b

Explanation:

-a-(a-b)

Distribute the negative sign to get -a+a+b

-a cancels out a, and you're left with b.
