What is a repeating decimal give an example​

to explain it briefly... a decimal number with a digit ( or group of digits ) that repeats forever

some examples would be - - -

  • 1/3 = 0.333... ( the 3 repeats forever )
  • 1/3 = 0.333... ( the 3 repeats forever )
