Width of the rectangle = 5 cm

Scale used, 24 in to 1 cm

Therefore, length of actual rectangle = 2×24 = 48 in

width of the actual rectangle = 5×24 = 120 in

Now we have to draw a drawing by using the scale,

16 inches to 1 cm

Or 1 inch =
(1)/(16) cm

Therefore, length of the rectangle drawing =
48* (1)/(16)

= 3 cm

Similarly, width of the rectangle drawing =
120* (1)/(16)

= 7.5 cm
