Hi there!

\large\boxed{2* 10^(2) \text{ or } 200 \text{ times greater} }

To solve, we can divide the two:

(3.4*10^(10) )/(1.7*10^(8) )

Divide the constants and the exponents. Use the division property of exponents:

(3.4)/(1.7) = 2 \\\\(10^(10) )/(10^(8) ) = 10^(10-8) = 10^(2)

Combine the two:

2 × 10² or 200
