Explanation:

If you are trying to find y=mx+b, the y is the variable m is the slope and x is also the variable and +b is the y interecept and IT describes where the line crosses the y axis. Starting you will write y= m the slope and to find that u have to do rise/run in this can you rise down 3 and run 2 and u divide that and get 1.5. So far you far u have y=1.5x+. Where does the line cross the y axis? IT is on the 3 becuase the y axis goes up and down and the x axis goes left and right. The line crossed the 3 on the y axis so "b" is 3. The full equation is

Y=1.5x+3.
